It involves responding to inquiries via phone or online channels, processing benefit-related transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintaining detailed records of interactions in the case management system. The role also includes following up on requests, escalating complex issues when needed, ensuring compliance with company policies and call center standards, and assisting employees with completing benefits forms and related requirements.
