Part-Time Logistics Support Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional for a Part-Time Logistics Coordinator position. This role is dedicated to providing essential back-office and operational support for our diverse client accounts. You will be responsible for the seamless flow of goods via land, air, and sea through diligent monitoring, clear communication, and precise documentation.
Core Responsibilities- Shipment Tracking: Actively monitor the movement of loads and deliveries; provide real-time updates regarding transit status or potential delays.
- Documentation: Manage and secure all necessary permits and paperwork required for multi-modal transportation (Maritime, Air, and Land).
- Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a bridge between carriers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure service-level agreements are met.
- Communication Hub: Handle inbound and outbound logistics-related calls and back-office coordination tasks.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and escalate issues to ensure swift resolution.
- Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to company safety protocols, quality standards, and client-specific requirements.
- Language Proficiency: Strong command of English (B2–C1 level).
- Efficiency: Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks within a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Soft Skills: A customer-centric approach with excellent active listening and analytical problem-solving abilities.
