About the role

Join the dynamic team at Stark BPO Services as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a focus on non-voice (90%) and voice (10%) interactions. This is a full-time role based in Makati City, Metro Manila, with the opportunity to work virtually.

You will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and support to Stark BPO Services' valued clients.

What you'll be doing
  1. Effectively handle a variety of customer inquiries and requests through various communication channels, with a focus on non-voice interactions (90%) and occasional voice interactions (10%)
  2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers, resolving issues efficiently and with a positive attitude
  3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding items
  4. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  5. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience
What we're looking for
  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in a similar industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing high-quality customer service
  4. Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  5. Familiarity with using customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
