About the role
Join the dynamic team at Stark BPO Services as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a focus on non-voice (90%) and voice (10%) interactions. This is a full-time role based in Makati City, Metro Manila, with the opportunity to work virtually.You will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and support to Stark BPO Services' valued clients.
What you'll be doing- Effectively handle a variety of customer inquiries and requests through various communication channels, with a focus on non-voice interactions (90%) and occasional voice interactions (10%)
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, resolving issues efficiently and with a positive attitude
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding items
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing high-quality customer service
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with using customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
