Quality Systems Officer II

POSITION SUMMARY: The Quality Systems Officer II assists the Quality Systems Manager in the conduct of audit programs, assessment, establishment of programs, and recommendation for continuous improvement in quality and food safety systems. Also acts as the Company's Qualified Person in Industry Regulatory Affairs (QPIRA).

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Auditing quality and food safety systems of the organization and its suppliers. Assisting the organization during customer and regulatory audits.
• Verification of CAPA closure.
• Establishment and updating of policies, procedures, work instructions, etc.
• Handling of the organization's compliance with Food and Drugs Administration.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Chemistry
2. Registered Chemist with valid PRC license is required
3. At least two (2) years of work experience in Quality Systems Management in a food manufacturing company
4. With experience conducting quality and food safety audits
5. With experience transacting with Food and Drugs Administration for product compliance is an advantage
6. Advanced knowledge in quality, GMP, and HACCP audits
7. Advanced knowledge in current Good Manufacturing (cGMP) and Food Safety Systems
8. Writing skills for programs, procedures, work instructions
9. Computer literate specifically in Microsoft Office applications
10. Amendable to work Mondays to Saturdays at Bagong Ilog, Pasig City
