About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Management System Officer to support the implementation and continuous improvement of the company's Quality Management System (QMS) and compliance initiatives.

This role is ideal for professionals with 1–3 years of experience in ISO, compliance, documentation, audit, or process improvement who want to grow their career in quality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's Integrated Management System (IMS) / Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documented information, policies, procedures, and records in compliance with ISO and company standards
  • Support internal audit activities, including audit preparation, documentation, monitoring of findings, and corrective actions
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure compliance with operational processes and quality standards
  • Assist in risk assessment, business continuity planning, and emergency preparedness initiatives
  • Monitor compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements
  • Help identify process improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and data needed by management
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, or any related 4-year course
  • At least 3-5+ years of relevant experience in Quality Management Systems, ISO compliance, documentation, auditing, or process improvement
  • Experience with multiple ISO standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or other relevant management systems is required
  • Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in at least 2-3 of the following areas: Quality Management Systems, ISO compliance, documentation, auditing, or process improvement
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
Nice to Have
  • Experience participating in internal or external audits
  • Knowledge of risk management or business continuity planning
  • ISO Internal Auditor training/certification is a plus
