What You'll Be Doing
Be part of our client's team as a B2B Lead Generation Manager, driving growth in the outsourcing sector. You'll lead SDR teams, build scalable lead funnels, and execute targeted, results-driven campaigns. This role blends strategy with hands-on execution to deliver qualified leads and expand the sales pipeline efficiently.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience in B2B lead generation or sales development, including 3+ years in SDR leadership
- Industry experience in outsourcing/offshoring or supporting clients in BPO services (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and other outreach tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Proven success in managing and scaling SDR teams, preferably in B2B outsourcing or BPO environments
- Strong expertise in pipeline building and funnel management, with experience defining and tracking lead metrics
- Hands-on experience designing SDR team structures and implementing sales tech stacks
- Deep knowledge of outbound prospecting and multi-touch outreach strategies
- Demonstrated ability to set, track, and exceed KPIs throughout the lead funnel
- Strategic mindset with the ability to bring innovative ideas and operational best practices
- Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy for the outsourcing industry
- Identify and engage target clients (e.g., senior decision-makers in operations, procurement, and executive roles) via outbound channels like email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Manage and mentor SDR teams with clear goals, performance metrics, and growth plans
- Design and oversee lead funnel processes from initial contact to qualified sales opportunities
- Define and refine lead qualification criteria to improve conversion rates
- Monitor and report on key pipeline metrics, including response rates, conversion rates, and deal timelines
- Build and scale high-performing SDR teams, including hiring, onboarding, training, playbook creation, KPI setting, and coaching
- Implement best practices in SDR operations such as sequencing, scalable personalization, objection handling, and cadence development
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure aligned campaigns, consistent messaging, and high-quality lead generation
- Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach) to manage, track, and report lead generation efforts
