About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant who can also wear a creative hat when needed. This hybrid role blends traditional administrative tasks—like data entry, reporting, and scheduling—with hands-on support in marketing, including creating social media posts, marketing materials, email campaigns, and assisting with event coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Maintain organized records and filing systems
- Perform data entry and generate reports as needed
- Support day-to-day office operations and scheduling
- Assist with documentation, correspondence, and internal communication
Marketing Support:
- Create engaging social media content and marketing posts
- Design simple marketing materials (flyers, presentations, visuals)
- Draft and send email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or similar
- Help plan and coordinate company events or promotional activities
- Track and report basic marketing metrics and engagement
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark, Cap Cut etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social media platforms and email marketing tools is a plus
- A self-starter with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Prior experience in an administrative or marketing support role
- Familiarity with CRM systems or project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana)
- Basic graphic design or content creation skills
