Dining Supervisor/Hospitality Specialist

Paris Baguette, a Korean Cafe and Bakery is in need of a Hospitality Specialist/Supervisor to be assigned in Makati, Mandaluyong and North Edsa branches.
Role and Responsibilities:
CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST- Fosters meaningful connections by personalizing each customer interaction and creating a welcoming atmosphere that invites repeat visits, meeting the growing demand for high-quality, personalized service in a competitive market.
- Embodies the brand’s values, ensuring each interaction aligns with service excellence and makes the café a destination for memorable experiences.
- Acts as a liaison between the customer and the brand, addressing feedback and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. This role deepens the connection with customers, ensuring their needs are understood and fulfilled.
- Provides knowledgeable, consultative advice on menu items, helping customers select products that suit their preferences and enhancing their experience. The Product Consultant also promotes new items, upsells specialty products, and educates customers on café offerings to drive satisfaction and sales.n
- Provides proactive, attentive service by engaging customers at their tables, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment beyond the counter. By directly addressing customer needs and offering
- complimentary samples of new or seasonal products, this role enhances the café experience through personalized interactions and product discovery.
- Assist store manager and the team by managing essential customer-facing tasks, enabling the team to focus on operational areas, which boosts overall efficiency and helps uphold high service standards.
- Elevates service standards by acting as a role model in customer service and supporting café staff in hospitality best practices. This ensures consistent quality and service excellence across all locations.
- Assists in the coordination of in-store events, new product launches, and store openings to create seamless, engaging experiences that attract and retain customers, contributing to the café’s reputation as a vibrant community hub.
Requirements:
- A degree in business management, restaurant management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in a restaurant, preferably in a managerial position.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Natural leadership abilities.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality and available flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings weekends.
