About the Role
As a Weekend Sales Representative, your primary focus is to upsell additional tours and experiences to existing customers and warm leads. You will engage customers who have already shown interest, making this a high-conversion, relationship-driven sales role.
This is a casual position covering weekends only, perfect for individuals seeking flexible, remote work with strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities- Upsell relevant tours and experiences based on customer preferences and bookings
- Engage and convert warm leads, including inquiries, website bookings, and repeat customers
- Conduct outbound calls to promote tour offerings and seasonal packages
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences
- Stay updated on tour products, pricing, and promotions
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality/tourism is preferred
- Strong phone presence with confidence in upselling and handling objections
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
- Ability to build rapport quickly and close sales effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
