Job Responsibilities:
- Shoot and edit high-quality, engaging, and sellable short-form video content
- Collaborate on concept creation
- Manage short video projects end-to-end: revisions, timelines and deliverables to ensure smooth production workflow
- Research and analyze TikTok trends like hashtags to maximize engagement
- Monitor and review content performance using platform analytics and metrics
- Coordinate closely with the digital marketing team to align creative output
- Optimize videos for TikTok’s algorithm by applying best practices in captions, sound usage, and editing style
- Stay updated on emerging TikTok features, trends and sharing knowledge to enhance team creativity
- Experiment with innovative formats, techniques, and interactive content to boost audience engagement and brand recall
Qualifications/Requirements
Job Qualifications:
- Preferably with hands-on experience as video operator/video content creator
- Familiar with visual and marketing trends in live streaming platforms especially TikTok
- Can create multiple video design or template options
- Amenable to work in Binondo, Manila
