Paint machine operator
About the role
We are seeking a skilled Paint Machine Operator to join our team at SYC Philippine Corporation in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a fulltime Paint Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in our Trades & Services operations, overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of our paint production equipment.
What you'll be doing- Safely operate and maintain various paint production machinery, including mixing tanks, grinders, and filling equipment
- Ensure consistent paint quality by monitoring and adjusting production parameters as needed
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to keep it in optimal working condition
- Accurately record production data and monitor inventory levels of raw materials
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Paint Machine Operator or in a similar role within the Paints & Coatings industry
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and follow Standard Operating Procedures
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Certification in Industrial Painting or a related field would be an advantage
