Customer Care Associate - Product Returns

About the Role

CPS Asia Pacific is looking for a dedicated Customer Care Associate for Product Returns to join our team in Ortigas, Pasig City. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with product return requests while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

This is a full-time opportunity ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, problem-solving, and process coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer concerns and inquiries related to product returns through phone, email, and chat support
  • Evaluate return requests and provide appropriate resolutions based on company policies and procedures
  • Process and approve return authorizations accurately and within service timelines
  • Keep customers informed regarding the status and progress of their return requests
  • Coordinate with internal teams for escalations involving sensitive or complex customer concerns
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of customer communications and return transactions
  • Assist in improving customer support workflows and return handling processes
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service or support in product returns is preferred
  • Background in the electronics, retail, or e-commerce industry is an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities
  • Experience using CRM tools and other customer service platforms
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Familiarity with return procedures, warranty claims, or after-sales support is a plus
