A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity has just been made available with one of Australia's Leading Education Consultancy companies as it is looking for a Customer Care Associate / Client Care Associate. Be a part of a professional and dynamic team that drives the productivity of the company by performing the essential day to day administrative operations and providing our clients with an exceptional customer service experience.
The Role:
As a Customer Care Associate you will efficiently and effectively perform administrative and customer service-related tasks to help with the successful running of our busy and productive organisation. Your main tasks will be providing support to our clients and our operations team through excellent customer care skills and other tasks.You will also focus on handling incoming calls and following up on clients regarding any documentation or other requirements they need to submit to Fusion360 as part of the service/s they have purchased.
Full training will be provided on our systems and processes as well as continuous coaching and mentoring. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will gain new abilities and continuously develop professionally in order to perform other activities as required.
Expected KPIs:
- Follow up on important documents from clients via phone and email
- Inbound calls are answered and handled within designated timeframes
- Build and maintain close relationships with clients.
- Onboard customers and maintain customer accounts and information
- Liaise with clients to obtain information or answer queries and process requests within designated timeframes
- Respond to customer questions with compassion and in an efficient manner
- Liaise with compliance team to book meetings, endorse documents, and obtain information for service
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate or a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
- 1-2 years' experience in an administrative role and/or BPO customer service role
- BPO experience is preferred
- Impeccable English skills (verbal and written communication)
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft office
- Typing Speed of 50+ wpm
- Strong Data Entry skills
- High attention to detail
- A diligent and organised approach to all task types
- An energetic personality with a positive outlook
- A love of talking to people
