We are seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist/Admin Support with strong experience in handling phone communications and performing a variety of administrative and accounts-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and make phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Address customer inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Perform general administrative duties and support accounting-related tasks as required.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
  • Support day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

  • With prior experience with a US or AUS based companies.
  • Proven experience in answering and making phone calls in a professional setting.
  • Must have a clear, polite, and professional telephone manner.
  • Previous experience handling administrative tasks is highly preferred.
  • Accounting experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
