Job Mandate:
The Product Support Officer is the over-all in-charge of the success of a product, and management of end-to-end product process and customer journey.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Defines clear objectives and strategy for products assigned and ensures that these align with the various stakeholders in the organization.
- Formulates the product design according to objectives, market requirements, system capabilities, risk, coverage, etc.
- Ensures that necessary marketing materials are in place at product launch and on an on-going basis.
- Coordinate with various units to ensure the smooth delivery of the product/service.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course
- Preferably at 3 years' experience in product management with the ability to present complex ideas in a simplified manner and preferably with experience in an agile environment.
- With good communication skills, analytical, systematic, can work under pressure, independent
