Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager / Operations Lead to oversee and support the efficient execution of business operations across multiple service areas and business ventures.
The role focuses on ensuring smooth workflow execution, process compliance, service delivery efficiency, and coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in operations management, administrative systems, or service delivery environments, with the ability to adapt quickly to different business functions and operational requirements.
This position offers exposure to a dynamic business environment where responsibilities may span across various industries such as service operations, documentation, recruitment, consultancy, or other commercial ventures.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow execution
- Coordinate tasks and activities across different departments or business units
- Monitor operational processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Track performance metrics, deadlines, and operational KPIs
- Support service delivery and ensure timely completion of outputs
- Assist in process improvement and operational optimization initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed
- Manage documentation, reporting, and operational records
- Identify operational issues and recommend effective solutions
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Proven experience in operations, administration, coordination, or project support roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to adapt to different business functions and priorities
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace and basic reporting tools
- Experience in multi-service or multi-industry business environments
- Background in operations management, service delivery, or administrative leadership
