Operations Manager – Healthcare Account (BPO) | 5+ Years of Healthcare Operations Management Experience
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager to lead Healthcare BPO operations. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in managing large-scale healthcare accounts and leading teams of 100+ FTEs. This role requires a proven leader with extensive experience in US Healthcare operations and a track record of delivering strong operational results.
Qualifications- At least 5 years of experience as an Operations Manager handling Healthcare Accounts in a BPO environment.
- Proven experience managing 100+ FTEs.
- Strong background in US Healthcare, including one or more of the following:
- Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Medical Billing
- Claims Processing
- Prior Authorization
- Provider Services
- Member Services
- Healthcare Customer Service
- Strong leadership, client management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience driving operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience handling multiple healthcare programs or lines of business.
- Strong exposure to client-facing operations and business reviews.
- Lean Six Sigma or process improvement certification is an advantage.
- 5+ years of Healthcare Operations Manager experience in a BPO setting.
- Experience managing large teams of 100+ FTEs.
- Stable employment history with strong tenure in previous organizations.
- Proven success in driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and employee engagement.
