Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager to lead Healthcare BPO operations. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in managing large-scale healthcare accounts and leading teams of 100+ FTEs. This role requires a proven leader with extensive experience in US Healthcare operations and a track record of delivering strong operational results.

• At least 5 years of experience as an Operations Manager handling Healthcare Accounts in a BPO environment.
• Proven experience managing 100+ FTEs.
• Strong background in US Healthcare, including one or more of the following:
• Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Medical Billing
• Claims Processing
• Prior Authorization
• Provider Services
• Member Services
• Healthcare Customer Service
• Strong leadership, client management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience driving operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Experience handling multiple healthcare programs or lines of business.
• Strong exposure to client-facing operations and business reviews.
• Lean Six Sigma or process improvement certification is an advantage.

• 5+ years of Healthcare Operations Manager experience in a BPO setting.
• Experience managing large teams of 100+ FTEs.
• Stable employment history with strong tenure in previous organizations.
• Proven success in driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and employee engagement.
