Responsibilities:

  • Provide real‑time operational support, including call escalations and floor assistance as needed

Requirements:

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in creating reports and in using MS Office
  • Must be willing to work flexible schedules (including weekends and holidays)
