QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years Team Lead/Supervisor experience (BPO)
- 3+ years BPO/call center experience
- 1–2 years financial/billing experience (required)
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
- Open to work onsite (JDN/1Nito)
- Amenable to work night shift
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and coach a team of financial specialists
- Track KPIs, productivity, and performance metrics
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
- Oversee billing processes and transaction accuracy
- Coordinate with teams to improve workflows
- Conduct coaching, reviews, and team huddles
- Ensure compliance with company/client policies
- Prepare reports (Excel/PowerPoint)
