Maintenance Technician is responsible for the preventive maintenance, repair, and upkeep of club facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations for members, guests, and staff.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on clubhouse facilities, guest areas, offices, locker rooms, and staff areas
• Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, and basic carpentry systems
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
• Troubleshoot equipment and facility issues and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain swimming pools, water features, lighting, and irrigation systems as assigned
• Assist with setup, maintenance, and dismantling of equipment for events and functions
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and club policies
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition
• Keep accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and repairs
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers when necessary

• High school graduate or vocational/technical course related to electrical, mechanical, or building maintenance
• At least 6 months – 1 year of maintenance experience
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general maintenance work
• Ability to read basic technical manuals and diagrams
• Physically fit and able to lift, climb, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and on-call duties
