The IT Staff is responsible for providing technical support, maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems. This role supports employees by resolving IT-related issues and contributes to maintaining secure, efficient, and compliant technology operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide support for hardware, software, and network concerns.
- Diagnose and resolve user issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Assist in installing, configuring, and updating software applications.
- Monitor the performance of LAN/WAN networks, internet connectivity, and Wi-Fi systems.
- Support server maintenance, data backups, and system updates.
- Manage and update user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Maintain an updated inventory of IT hardware, software licenses, and peripherals.
- Track distribution, return, and condition of company-issued devices.
- Coordinate equipment repairs and replacements with vendors.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, data privacy regulations, and security protocols.
- Support the implementation of cybersecurity measures such as antivirus updates, firewall configurations, and secure access controls.
- Assist during IT audits and risk assessments.
- Set up new devices, user accounts, and system configurations for onboarding.
- Perform maintenance updates, system upgrades, and troubleshooting during deployments.
- Support the rollout of new tools, applications, and IT infrastructure projects.
- Maintain manuals, guides, and documentation for IT systems and procedures.
- Prepare regular IT activity, incident, and inventory reports.
- Update technical documentation for troubleshooting and system processes.
- Communicate with suppliers for hardware repairs, replacements, and procurement.
- Ensure timely delivery, installation, and servicing of IT-related products.
- Provide technical support for company events, meetings, and presentations.
- Assist in special projects and technology initiatives as required.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the IT Supervisor or Management.
Qualifications/Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in technical support or IT operations (preferred).
- Fresh graduates with strong IT skills may be considered.
- Knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems, MS Office 365, and common business applications.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts.
- Experience in hardware troubleshooting and device configuration.
- Familiarity with IT security principles and data protection.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
