We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to support our daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and able to handle multiple tasks with accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize documents and filing systems
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of encoded information
- Assist in logistical arrangements for meetings, events, and office activities
- Monitor and track raw materials inventory, ensuring timely replenishment
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- College Graduate of any course
- Experience in administrative or clerical work is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and time management skills
