The Role

You’ll support a variety of projects across digital channels, with a strong focus on performance-driven content for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), sales funnels, and branded video assets.

We’re starting with a paid project to assess fit, with the intention of bringing the right candidate on for long-term work.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-converting Video Sales Letters (VSLs), Meta ads, and other performance-driven marketing videos.
• Use hooks, captions, motion graphics, animations, and fast-paced edits to maximise attention and conversions.
• Cut raw footage into high-performing creative assets optimised for Meta, YouTube, and sales pages.
• A/B test and iterate creatives based on real performance data.
• Collaborate with copywriters and media buyers to ensure message clarity and alignment with campaign strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with current video advertising trends and best practices in direct response.

• Design visual assets for digital platforms including social media, websites, emails, and ad creatives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design and video output.
• Deliver static and animated graphics that support campaign objectives and creative briefs.
• Use Figma (preferred) to assist with funnel wireframes and layout design.
• Bring creativity and originality to each project while staying conversion-focused.

• 5+ years of combined experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Proven track record editing high-performing VSLs, Meta ads, and funnel videos.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both video and graphic design work (please include with application).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience with motion graphics, kinetic typography, and performance-focused editing.
• Understanding of direct response marketing principles and consumer psychology.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently across multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional attention to detail and creative storytelling ability.

• Familiarity with UGC/influencer-style content.
• Understanding of copywriting principles to enhance visual communication.
• Experience designing for paid ad funnels (especially Meta).
