Graphic Designer & Videographer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer & Videographer to create compelling visual and video content that drives engagement and conversions for our clients. As our creative specialist, you'll work closely with our marketing teams to design high-quality assets for digital campaigns, websites, social media, and produce engaging video content that elevates our clients' brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs for digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Design conversion-focused landing pages and website elements
• Develop social media graphics, email templates, and digital marketing materials
• Create branded content that maintains client identity while driving performance
• Design marketing collateral including presentations, ebooks, infographics, and case studies

• Shoot and edit high-quality video content for clients' marketing campaigns
• Create engaging social media video ads, testimonials, and promotional content
• Develop motion graphics and animations for digital advertising
• Edit raw footage and add visual effects, audio elements, and transitions
• Optimize video content for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account managers to deliver cohesive campaigns
• Stay updated on design and video trends and best practices for digital marketing
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Optimize creative assets based on performance data and team feedback

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a marketing agency environment
• Experience designing for digital advertising campaigns and landing pages
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles
• Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or other UI/UX design tools
• Experience with motion graphics, animation, and video editing
• Understanding of marketing principles and conversion rate optimization
• History of creating designs that drive measurable marketing results
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field OR equivalent portfolio demonstrating relevant skills
• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in digital marketing or advertising
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work across various formats
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles for web and mobile
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
