About the Role

We are looking for a driven Leads Generation Specialist to help fuel our growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who’s excited to work in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is eager to grow their career in sales and business development.

What You’ll Do
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and inbound leads.
  • Identify decision-makers, assess buying readiness, and qualify opportunities.
  • Capture and track data, metrics, and leads using Salesforce CRM.
  • Partner with Account Executives to secure meetings with qualified prospects.
  • Manage and track your pipeline using CRM tools and tech stack.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 0–2 years in a Sales Development, SDR, or Sales Support role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong verbal and written communication.
  • A self-starter who is enthusiastic, reliable, and highly organized.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a high level of integrity.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in SaaS B2B sales.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Background in selling HRIS/HCM software or into HR functions.
