About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team for a 1-year project-based engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and generating leads that will fuel the company’s sales pipeline. You will work on a night shift to align with client/business requirements and report onsite once a month, with the rest of the schedule being work-from-home.

• Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and social media.
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria before passing them to the sales team.
• Maintain and update lead information in CRM tools and trackers.
• Perform outbound prospecting activities such as cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine lead generation strategies.
• Track performance metrics and provide regular progress reports.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and excellent communication with prospects.

• At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with CRM software and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
• Candidate has their personal tool (laptop, internet, and back up devices)
• Ability to work independently and meet targets in a remote/hybrid setup.
• Comfortable working in the night shift.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
