Hotdish is looking for a reliable and hands-on Assistant Operations Manager to support the daily operations of food delivery. The role involves helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations, coordinating with staff, handling orders and customer concerns, and maintaining quality and efficiency across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in overseeing daily food business operations
- Help manage and supervise kitchen, prep, riders, and other staff
- Ensure orders are prepared, packed, and delivered accurately and on time
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Assist with scheduling, manpower coordination, and staff discipline
- Track and report operational issues and suggest improvements
- Support management in achieving operational and customer service goals
- Preferably with experience in food, restaurant, catering, or operations management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented
- Willing to be hands-on in operations when needed
- Can manage people and handle pressure professionally
- Basic knowledge of food safety and customer service is an advantage
