Qualifications- A graduate of BS REM or any 4-year course
- Must have experience in Real Estate sales or Broker Coordinator from a real estate developer handling brokers and agents.
- Must have an extensive network of real estate brokers and agents.
- Licensed Real Estate Broker is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Source and accredit licensed brokers to promote Filinvest projects.
- Serve as a point of reference between Filinvest Land, Inc., and accredited brokers.
- Assists accredited brokers on how to best promote the company properties to attract advantageous offers.
- Mediate the dealings between brokers and buyers
- Conceptualize and organize marketing activities/events for accredited brokers
- Oversee accredited brokers' marketing activities to ensure the sales target is achieved.
