About the role
Care Center Clinic, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of sales professionals, and implementing effective sales strategies to support the company's growth objectives.This is a full-time position based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's customer base
- Manage, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to enhance their skills and drive sales performance
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and operations
- Monitor and report on key sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations to the leadership team
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while also prospecting for new business
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a sales team to achieve their targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
- Familiarity with sales tools and technologies, such as customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
