QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Qualifications:

• Knowledgeable in billing and estimates
• Must be Civil Engineer or Civil Engineering Graduate
• With at least 2 years experience as QS Engineer
• Proficient in computer MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficient in Project Management Software (MS Project, Primavera)
• Knowledgeable in Estimate Software (Planswift)
• Familiar with Rebar Works, Formworks, Concreting Works
• Familiar with Electrical Works, Plumbing Works, Mechanical Works and Fire Protection
• Efficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up
• Can handle and monitor Subcontractors’ scopes and billings

Key responsibilities:

1. Preparing tender documents including bill of quantities, measurement sheets and cost analysis.
2. Allocating works to subcontractors.
3. Prepare progress report for subcontractor.
4. Prepares monthly progress payment/billing for the project.
5. Track to the design and/or construction work and prepare variation order for any changes.
6. Responsible for attending bidding if the company is invited to bid.
7. Performs other tasks as may be assigned to you by your immediate superior from time to time.
