- Assist customers/patients with questions, scheduling, account updates, or service needs
- Communicate clearly and effectively in English, Spanish, Mandarin, and Portuguese
- Document all interactions accurately in the system
- Resolve issues or escalate calls to the appropriate department
- Make outbound calls (appointment reminders, follow-ups, etc.)
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with company and HIPAA policies (if healthcare-related)
- Provide a positive and supportive experience for every caller
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills — verbal and written
- Fluent in English, Spanish, Mandarin, and Portuguese (required or preferred — choose based on your needs)
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems efficiently
- Professional, patient, and able to remain calm under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts
