Product Listing and Claims Specialist | START ASAP | Night Shift
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Product Listing and Claims Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing product listings across various platforms while ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations.You will also manage product claims, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues related to product quality and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Listing Management:
- Create and maintain accurate and compelling product listings for e-commerce platforms, websites, and marketplaces.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, and images to enhance visibility and drive conversions.
- Conduct regular audits of product listings to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
Claims Management:
- Oversee the processing of product claims, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve product quality issues.
- Maintain records of claims and analyze trends to identify potential areas for improvement.
Data Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Prepare reports on listing performance and claims resolution for management review.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align on product launches and updates.
- Provide feedback on product features and performance based on customer claims and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in product listing, e-commerce, or claims management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay) and relevant software tools.
