About the role
Spacey Design is seeking an entry-level finance/accounting graduates to join our dynamic team. As an Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the company by assisting the Accountant/Bookkeeper in all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.
What you'll be doing:
- Assist Accountants and other financial professionals in creating and editing financial records
- Assist in maintaining daily Bookkeeping function (Expenses, Sales, Payable, Receivables)
- Assist in auditing financial documents and procedures.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements.
- Assist in managing balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
- Assist in doing report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain our quality standards.
- Perform other related duties and special projects as may be assigned by the Management.
What we're looking for:
- Graduate of Accounting/Finance courses.
- Can work under pressure
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures.
- Required skill(s): MS Office, Accounting Software.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills.
