Franchise Officer - Quezon City

The Franchise officer will be actively searching for franchisees and for new sites and store space opportunities viable as beverage retailing stores at the locations geographically strategic to the business. He/she will review and negotiate monetary and non-monetary terms and conditions with reference to the standards and as agreed with Lessor and negotiates monetary and non-monetary terms and conditions with Lessor for the items identified as amendment, addendum to the existing contract and agreement.

• Actively sourcing and managing good business relationships of potential franchisees.
• Conducting research regarding the franchise industry and to develop strategic plans to grow the franchise business.
• Handling queries from potential franchisees.
• Negotiate with franchisees on key commercial terms, review all relevant documents and work together with legal unit to achieve concrete and well-structured leasing agreements.
• Site searching & selection for new Site Branches/Sub-Branches/Kiosks.
• Site survey for upcoming store branches/ sub-branches/kiosks.
• Conducting feasibility study (e.g. location analysis, profit & loss assessment, competitor analysis) for renting/ acquisition of new establishments.
• Management of all necessary regulatory matters/correspondence for Store Branch Expansion.
• Managing all necessary legal affairs for renting/ acquiring new properties.
• Prepare necessary proposal for renting/ property acquisition approvals.
• Preparation and renewal of lease agreements for renting properties/ branches.
• Responsible for other tasks and administration as assigned the Management.

• Candidate must be a Bachelor's degree graduate of any Business, Sales or Marketing related courses.
• Must have experience in Site selection and store/site network development, property purchase, franchising for at least 1 year and up
• Must have a background in service and/or food beverage restaurants or convenience store retailing industries.
• Must be good in Negotiation
• Has good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Availability to work in an on-call set up.
