Circle Course Manager

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Course & Community Manager to help us manage and grow our online learning community inside Circle. You’ll play a key role in making sure members stay engaged, supported, and have an amazing experience with our courses and community.

What You’ll Do:

  • Set up, organize, and maintain course content inside Circle.
  • Manage community spaces, posts, discussions, and events.
  • Support members with onboarding, troubleshooting, and engagement.
  • Track community activity, member progress, and course participation.
  • Work with the team to improve workflows and member experience.
  • Create a positive, active, and welcoming environment for students.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience managing online communities (Circle experience a big plus).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools.
  • Creative mindset for driving engagement and connection.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.

Bonus Skills:

  • Background in online education or course management.
  • Familiarity with automations, integrations, or CRMs.
  • Content creation skills (graphics, posts, or short-form videos).
