Responsibilities:

• Craft and oversee detailed project plans to ensure all client deadlines are met with precision.
• Design customized proposal templates tailored to each client's RFP, enhancing clarity and impact.
• Identify key resources and curate compelling content to strengthen each proposal.
• Maintain strict version control to guarantee consistency and full compliance with RFP requirements.
• Lead collaborative proposal reviews and partner with sales leads to finalize persuasive content.
• Continuously update and enhance the proposal boilerplate library for maximum efficiency.
• Champion industry best practices in proposal and bid management to drive successful outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism or other related field
• At least 5 years experience in a bid/proposal management role
• Skills in creative writing/copywriting and graphic design/information design
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Adobe InDesign is a plus
• Demonstrate strong leadership and captivating presentation skills to inspire cross-functional teams and drive successful bid submissions.
• Experience with web-based sales and RFP response platforms such as Loopio, RFP 365, or Qvidian is highly desirable.
• Excel in collaborating effectively across all organizational levels and with virtual teams spanning multiple geographies.
• Thrive in dynamic environments by adapting swiftly to changing priorities, ambiguity, and competing demands.
• Proficient in leading engaging and inclusive meetings, whether in person or online, to ensure everyone's voice is heard.
