Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Business One Specialist to support and optimize our ERP operations. In this role, you will manage day-to-day SAP B1 administration, support users across departments, and help streamline business processes through the system.

The ideal candidate has hands-on SAP Business One experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer, configure, and maintain the SAP Business One environment
Provide day-to-day user support, troubleshooting issues across modules (Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Finance)
Create and maintain reports and queries (SQL, Crystal Reports)
Manage master data integrity, including items, business partners, and pricing
Support process improvements and workflow automation within SAP B1
Assist with system updates, patches, and testing
Document system processes and create user guides for internal teams
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system changes

Mandatory Skills:

Proven hands-on experience with SAP Business One (administration and/or support)
Solid understanding of core SAP B1 modules (Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Financials)
Experience with SQL queries and report building (Crystal Reports or similar)
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Dependable, detail-focused, and able to work independently
Strong communication skills and ability to support non-technical users

Preferred Skills:

Experience with SAP B1 implementations, migrations, or version upgrades
Familiarity with SAP B1 SDK, integrations, or add-ons (e.g., Boyum, B1UP)
Background in accounting, supply chain, or operations processes
Experience training end users on ERP systems
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
