We are seeking customer-focused professionals to join our team as Benefits Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will support members with their healthcare and pension benefit inquiries, enrollment processes, and plan updates while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Employment Type: Seasonal

• Provide timely, accurate, and professional assistance to members through phone, email, and chat support.
• Build rapport with customers and deliver a positive service experience while addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
• Explain complex healthcare, welfare, and pension plan information in a clear and understandable manner.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in compliance with data privacy and security requirements.
• Utilize available resources, plan documents, and knowledge management tools to resolve member concerns effectively.
• Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
• Adhere to established processes, procedures, and service standards.
• Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and ongoing development activities.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent attendance, reliability, and professionalism.
• Experience working in a global or matrixed organization is an advantage.
• Knowledge of healthcare benefits, welfare programs, and/or pension plans.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.
