Master Data Analyst (Customer Accounts)

About the Role

We are looking for a Master Data Analyst who will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate customer master data in our system. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, can work efficiently with large volumes of data, and has a basic understanding of Excel macros or automation tools.

• Set up and maintain customer accounts for new and existing clients
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of customer master data updates
• Support data cleansing, validation, and reporting activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Operations) to resolve data issues
• Assist in process improvement and data quality initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Basic knowledge in Excel macros and data management tools
• Experience in customer master data or account setup preferred
• Salesforce experience is a plus but not required
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Keen attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
• With accounting/finance experience

-Must be willing to work on-site and on shifting schedule.
