About the role

This is a full-time position within a dynamic and supportive education environment.

• Developing and delivering engaging lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational objectives
• Facilitating interactive and student-centered classroom activities to foster learning and skill development
• Providing individualized support and guidance to students to help them reach their full potential
• Assessing student progress and providing timely feedback to support their academic and personal development
• Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the school's educational programs
• Participating in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies and subject matter
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to student progress, attendance, and other administrative requirements

• A bachelor's Secondary Education, at least LET Passer
• with work experience in teaching SHS students, but fresh grad is open to apply
• Strong subject matter expertise in the relevant teaching discipline(s)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students
• Proficiency in creating and implementing engaging lesson plans and assessment strategies
• A collaborative and innovative mindset, with a commitment to continuous professional development
• Computer Literate
• Deliver engaging and effective classroom instructions
• Evaluate student performance through tests, projects and others.
• Support students' academic and personal development
• Teaching and other training is a plus
• expert in Microsoft Office, know how to use Google Drive, and can adapt to technological skills.
