Salary: Php 18,000 / monthWork Schedule: Monday to Friday | 4 Hours per Day (New Zealand Business Hours)

ROLE OVERVIEW:
UpraisIT is looking for a creative and proactive Part-Time Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant to support a New Zealand-based business with digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and website updates.
The ideal candidate has experience creating engaging social media content, editing videos and graphics, managing digital platforms, and supporting marketing campaigns. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while maintaining high-quality output.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including captions, reels, short-form videos, and promotional materials
- Edit videos and graphics using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools
- Schedule, publish, and manage social media content calendars
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments or basic customer inquiries
- Update website content and landing pages using platforms such as Kajabi, WordPress, or Squarespace
- Assist with content planning, marketing campaigns, lead generation, and competitor research
- Communicate with clients through email, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings when required
- Maintain organized marketing assets, digital files, templates, and SOPs
- Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Virtual Assistance, or a related role
- Strong experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, or similar editing software
- Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn marketing
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated work-from-home setup
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience supporting Australian or New Zealand clients
- Experience using Kajabi, WordPress, Squarespace, or similar website platforms
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, social media scheduling tools, CRM systems, or email marketing platforms
- Graphic design, branding, or content coaching experience is an advantage
