Lead Financial Accuracy and Client Success
Be part of our client's team as a Senior Bookkeeper, where you will manage client accounts, ensure accurate financial records, maintain strong client relationships, and support the accounting team with ad-hoc requests. You'll resolve bookkeeping and payroll issues, contribute to process improvements, and deliver exceptional service to clients.

What You'll Bring to the Table
3 to 5 years of relevant bookkeeping or accounting experience
Technical Knowledge
Thorough knowledge of bookkeeping software, including Xero, MYOB, QBO, Dext, and other relevant add-ons
Detailed understanding of business tax obligations: GST, PAYG withholding, Payroll Tax, Superannuation Guarantee, and Workcover
Proficiency in payroll processing and employee entitlements
Strong working knowledge of bookkeeping processes and business reporting requirements

Your Key Responsibilities
Process client bookkeeping and maintain accounting balances
Review bookkeeping work prepared by staff for allocated clients
Ensure accurate delivery of bookkeeping deliverables
Ensure accuracy and quality of accounting balances for allocated clients
Communicate with clients and maintain client relationships, including sending completed deliverables and reports, following up on incomplete responsibilities, and responding to client questions
Support the accounting team with ad-hoc requests for One Advisory clients, including implementing and setting up accounting software, resolving bookkeeping and payroll issues, recommending software integrations, and escalating requests outside agreed scope to the accounting or bookkeeping management team
Follow policies and procedures defined by the Bookkeeping Management Team
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client services
