Job Description
As a US Accountant, you'll support day-to-day accounting operations for US-based property portfolios. You'll work closely with offshore and US teams to ensure accurate reconciliations, reporting, and financial documentation-contributing directly to the financial health of residential communities.

- 1-3 years of business accounting experience, with exposure to US-based accounting environments
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; fresh graduates with strong academic credentials are welcome to apply
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or actively pursuing CPA certification is highly encouraged
- Working knowledge of US GAAP and general accounting principles
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across distributed teams in the Philippines and the US
- High proficiency with technology, including web-based accounting software and platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing organization while consistently delivering accurate, high-quality work
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with team members, clients, and external service providers
- Assume ownership of the reconciliation process for CAM buildings/portfolios
- Summarize current financial status by preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports
- Review monthly financial statements for CAM buildings/portfolios
- Handle direct financial reporting for a portfolio of customers, including reconciliations and preparation of monthly reporting packets
- Work with the Chicago-based accounting department to reconcile and report on related CAM and corporate accounts
- Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements
- Support budget and forecasting activities
- Assist in the onboarding of new community associations
- Answer accounting procedure questions
- Assist in continuous improvements to internal processes of both accounting and operations
