Senior Systems Engineer
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Hybrid Entra/Active Directory Systems Administrator with strong modern application support and advanced networking skills. In this role, you will be an individual contributor responsible for the design, implementation, and management of hybrid identity environments (Entra ID/Azure AD and on-premises AD), supporting a range of modern business applications, and administering secure, scalable network infrastructures.
Must work PST time zone to support the North American Region.
Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 7-10+ years of hands-on experience in Infrastructure, Systems and Operations, Networking, Operations and Security
- Preferrably with MS certs: Entra ID Admin, M365 Expert
Must-Have Requirements
Infrastructure: Entra ID (Azure AD) + Active Directory Azure AD Connect / Entra Connect sync SSO, MFA, Conditional Access M365 Admin (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune) DNS, DHCP, AD fundamentals
Systems and Operations: Windows Server basics
Operations and Security: Troubleshooting and incident management, Security best practices (IAM, access control), PST timezone coverage, Cross-team collaboration
Nice-to-Have Requirements
Infrastructure: User lifecycle and license management, Legal Hold and eDiscovery, PowerShell scriptingSystems and Operations: Virtualization basics (Hyper-V), Backup and DR concepts, System monitoring basics
Networking: Basic VLAN / VPN concepts
Operations and Security: Compliance: SOC2, HIPAA, ISO 27001
