Accounting and Reporting Analyst | Hybrid - Midshift

Responsibilities:

• Execute product and general ledger accounting, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures.
• Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements (P&L), and perform key and quality control processes.
• Manage the month-end intercompany reconciliation process.
• Prepare and execute general ledger entries, invoices, accruals, and asset management activities.
• Create management reports, dashboards, and regulatory reports.
• Update regulatory policies and procedure documentation.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders during closing cycles.
• Handle ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by senior management.

Qualifications:

• Proficient understanding of banking products and operations.
• Familiarity with IFRS/GAAP and EU financial regulations.
• Solid understanding of financial markets and lending products.
• Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT) for system changes.
• Minimum of three years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a banking or shared services environment.
• Accounting and reporting expertise - strong background in financial, management, or cost accounting.
• Willing to work a mid-shift schedule and a hybrid setup (50% onsite, 1–2 days per week).
