Reporting Analyst (Advisor Reporting)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Reporting Tech Support Specialist to support the Advisor Reporting System, which is critical to both merchant partners and our internal sales organization. This system powers performance insights across digital and print advertising products, enabling data-driven decisions at every level of the business.

This role focuses on ensuring seamless reporting access, resolving technical issues, and maintaining data accuracy for our field sales teams and merchant-facing dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for the Advisor Reporting System
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to report access, permissions, and data discrepancies
• Serve as the primary support liaison for internal sales teams and merchant users
• Monitor, prioritize, and respond to support tickets, escalating complex issues as needed
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams to deliver timely solutions
• Maintain documentation for common troubleshooting workflows and FAQs
• Contribute to the upkeep of user training materials (e.g., guides, quick reference tools), ensuring content is accurate and aligned with current reporting functionality
• Support UAT efforts for new or updated reports and dashboard features

Qualifications:

• Prior experience (1–3 years) in technical support, reporting assistance, or a similar role
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, or Power BI
• Basic understanding of SQL or data queries (a plus, not required)
• Strong customer service and communication skills, i.e., able to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical users
• Comfortable supporting users with varying levels of technical expertise
• Experience using support ticketing tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or Zendesk
• Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule, including holidays, and weekends.
