Job Description
A leading global healthcare technology organisation is seeking an experienced Endpoint Security Engineer to join its team in the Philippines. This is an excellent opportunity to help secure enterprise-scale systems and data in a mission-driven, global environment.
What you'll do- Administer and maintain the Tanium platform, ensuring platform health, stability, and performance.
- Manage Tanium RBAC, custom sensors, packages, upgrades, and new feature deployments.
- Support Tanium modules including Patch, Comply, Asset, Discover, Deploy, and Reveal.
- Perform endpoint patching, vulnerability management, and security operations.
- Administer and support CrowdStrike and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
- Troubleshoot complex endpoint and security issues while working with internal and external support teams.
- Create technical documentation, reports, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security tools and improve endpoint protection.
- 4+ years experience with Tanium, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and CrowdStrike in enterprise environments.
- 3+ years experience in IT Infrastructure Operations or a similar technical role.
- Strong expertise in Tanium, particularly the Patch and Comply modules.
- Solid understanding of endpoint security, vulnerability management, and IT security best practices.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.
