Role Overview:
We are looking for detail-oriented professionals to join our Australia Insurance Operations team. The role involves handling submission, FON, Frontsheet, Risk Entry (Bind), Endorsements, Credit Control Queries, Document Production and support activities across multiple lines of business — International Casualty, Professional and Financial Risks (PFR) and Marine Cargo.The role involves ensuring high-quality output, managing document filing, handling loss runs activities, while maintaining strong coordination with onshore teams and underwriters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, validate, and process insurance submissions for various Property and Casualty lines.
- Perform document filing and ensure accurate storage of submission-related files.
- Processing submission, FON, Frontsheet, Risk Entry (Bind), Endorsements, Credit Control Queries, Document Production
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with client-specific guidelines.
- Drive quality, productivity, and process improvements within the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Any).
- 1–3 years of experience in Australia Insurance Operations (Submissions, Policy Admin, or UW Support).
- Must have experience in non-life insurance, particularly in Property and Casualty lines.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and Excel skills.
- Knowledge of International Casualty, Professional & Financial Risks (PFR) and Marine Cargo lines preferred.
