Cluster Head (Operations) - San Fernando, Pampanga
A. JOB PURPOSE
This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all assigned branches, implementing
effective processes and policies, and ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs)
and profitability targets. The Cluster Head drives operational efficiency, quality service and superior
dealer experience, maintains compliance with company standards, and supports the delivery of sales
through purchase order fulfillment.B. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operational Management
○ Oversees the day-to-day operations of the assigned cluster, ensuring all locations
operate efficiently and meet company standards.
○ Conducts regular branch visits.
○ Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures across all branches.
○ Monitors branch operations, ensuring effective inventory management, product
availability, and adherence to cost control measures.
○ Oversees the implementation of proper merchandising, visual standards, and customer
service practices.
○ Reviews and approves the utilization of branch expenses to ensure budget adherence.
○ Monitors the safety and security of the branches, including the proper functioning of
CCTV, access control, and other security measures.
○ Executes Upkeep Governance check across all branches in the cluster and ensures
implementation of 5S principles.
○ Monitors the timely settlement of utility bills and rentals.
○ Ensures the timely renewal of licenses and permits of the entire cluster.
○ Ensures all fixed assets assigned to each branch are properly maintained and accounted
for.
○ Coordinates with other units in support of branch needs.- Customer Relationship Management
○ Builds and maintains strong relationships with select noteworthy Dealers within the
cluster.
○ Ensures excellent dealer experience by delivering high-quality service and timely
fulfillment of requests, and consistent follow-up.
○ Addresses promptly and effectively dealer complaints or issues escalated by the
branches.- Cash Management
○ Monitors the proper handling and safekeeping of cash collections and branch funds by
cross checking the recorded transactions through submitted reports and during branch
visits.
○ Monitors the proper utilization of all branch funds and the timely liquidation of all
revolving funds.- Dealer Management
○ Ensures that branches consistently update Dealers on company policies, programs, and
procedural changes.
○ Leads critical policy cascades to and discussions with the Dealers.
○ Provides solutions to escalated dealer concerns effectively and efficiently.- Management of the Great Life Partners
○ Provides guidance and/ or advises the Great Life Partners (GLP) on the business
operations, handling of operational expenses, inventory management, regulatory
compliances, and people management.
○ Conducts regular visits or check-ins with the Great Life Partners.- Management of Repeat Purchase Order (RPO)
○ Ensures the achievement of the repeat purchase order targets for each branch within
the cluster, implementing strategies to drive consistent growth.- Leadership and Management
○ Manages, trains, and supervises branch staff.
○ Set goals and objectives for the branch team.
○ Manages employee movements and required documentation.
○ Manages employee performance, conducts performance check ins regularly, and
provides timely feedback.
○ Fosters a positive and productive work environment.
○ Ensures team members comply with the company policies and procedures and
participates in the company-initiated events and employee engagement activities.
○ Addresses and resolves employee issues and concerns (e.g. performance, behavior,etc.)
○ Discusses performance gaps of Happy Customer Supervisors supported by data;subsequently guides them towards available, feasible solutions.

C. QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably graduate of any bachelor’s degree.
- Preferably with at least ten (10) experience in direct selling, sales, relationship management
- Must have at least five (5) experience handling operations and a high performing team.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and data mining as well as using
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time
- Demonstrated flexibility regarding work assignments and work locations.
- Demonstrated capacity to perform effectively under pressure.
- Adept in coaching, people development and leading a team.
- Proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Office Suite (e.g . docs, spreadsheets, and
slides, and similar tools and applications).
